    Required Documentation

    Academics: Please attach your current course schedule dated for the the current school term, or attach a current valid dated ID.

    Students: Please attach any one of the accepted proof of enrollment documents listed at the end of this form.

    NonProfit Organizations: Please attach a current (issued within past 90 days) copy of the IRS Affirmation or Determination Letter issued to your organization.

    StartUp: Please provide a link to your website: (Qualified organizations must be founded no more then 3 years ago and have fewer then 10 employees.

    Student Proof of Enrollment

    Any one of the following documents is considered acceptable proof of enrollment:

    • A scanned copy of your student identification card demonstrating that you will be enrolled on October 22, 2024. If your card does not have an explicit date on it, it must indicate in some way that you are enrolled for the 2023 school year. An identification card that only contains the date you started school is not acceptable.
    • A transcript or course list showing the courses you are enrolled in for dates that include October 22, 2024. A transcript in .txt format is NOT acceptable. A transcript marked "Unofficial Transcript" will suffice from most institutions.
    • A letter from your college student affairs or admissions office stating that you are enrolled as a student for a time period that includes October 22, 2024. This letter must:
      • be on school letterhead
      • display a school seal or logo
      • contain a signature and phone number of a representative from the admissions office
    • Proof that you have accepted an offer to attend an eligible college or university stating for a semester/grading period following the conference. You must not only include an acceptance offer letter, but also show proof that you have accepted the offer. The acceptance letter must:
      • be on school letterhead
      • display a school seal or logo
      • contain a signature and phone number of a representative from the admissions office
